Make it dead simple to reactivate an account. Give account reactivation the same level of ease and usability as your onboarding flow. Remember, this is about making it easy for people to pay you – it’s worth the investment.

Lynda.com crushes this. Maybe I’m cheap, but I’ve subscribed and unsubscribed at least five times from Lynda. If I need to learn a new skill, it’s the first place I turn. Once I’ve watched a course or two, I deactivate my account. Lynda keeps my billing info saved, so when I return, I can click one button, and my account gets reactivated.
